Every USD converts to 100 credits. Image generation, video generation and the tools all use credits, and the cost depends on the model, output settings and tool you choose. Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Monthly plans are billed once a month. Yearly plans are billed once a year at a lower effective monthly price. Both renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. To move to a different plan, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one, or contact our support team.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Used credits are not refundable.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider at checkout. The available payment methods, such as major credit and debit cards, are shown on the checkout page and can vary by region.

Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges, confirmed technical failures that prevented delivery, or where required by law. Email our support team within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. Used credits and dissatisfaction with AI results are not eligible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Email support@gogloai.com with your account email and a short description of the issue, and our team will get back to you.

Generation stops once your credit balance reaches zero. You can buy more credits or subscribe to a plan to continue.
